This interview took place when my exhibition Seshat was on display at Walker Fine Art in 2010. The large-scale paintings and assembled sculptures in the show were inspired by mysticism and alchemy through the lens of the Egyptian goddess of writing, Seshat, and in a broader sense the Scribe archetype.
